President
Dr. Richard Hansard is a general dentist in Valley Mills. He graduated from UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry in 1996. He is serving as President for the 2026-2027 term.
Matthew Massey, DDS, MS
Vice President
Dr. Matthew Massey is a board-certified endodontist with Heart of Texas Endodontics. He received his dental degree from UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry and completed his endodontic specialty training while serving in the U.S. Army Dental Corps. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and is serving as Vice President for the 2026–2027 term.
Larry Cunningham, DDS, MD
Secretary/Treasurer
Dr. Larry Cunningham is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with Waco Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He received his dental degree from UT Health San Antonio and his medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School, followed by residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Parkland Health. He is serving as Secretary/Treasurer for the 2026-2027 term.
